Crowley shows off food finds

Crowley showcases food and art in historic Ford Building.

This Thursday, Nov. 3, the city of Crowley will showcase the best of its food.

The event will be held in Crowley's historic Ford Building at 425 N. Parkerson Ave. For a ticket price of $15, you can try food from Fezzo's, Rice Palace, Rice City Kitchen, The Town Club, Olde Tyme Cafe, Ruddock's Bakery, China Dragon Buffet and Mommie's. The Ford Building is now on the Historical Registry and houses several museums.

Members of the Crowley Art Assocation will be showing, and The Garden Club will auction off floral interpretation of the artwork shown. The auction is silent, and the money raised will go to the Crowley Art Association.

Hunter Lambert will be performing along with Get Back. A local dance troupe will perform as well.
