by Dan McDonald

The Cajuns are on the Superdome turf, and the Aztecs should be shortly as the crowd begins to flow its way into the building 45 minutes before kickoff.

N.O. Bowl Update Saturday, 12/17, 7:30 p.m.

NEW ORLEANS UL's football squad has taken the field for pre-game warmups, and as expected they're wearing what was probably the most popular uniform combination for both fans and players during the regular season.

The Ragin' Cajuns are wearing the regular red "home" jerseys with black pants and black helmets, with the staff in black shirts and khaki pants.

San Diego State's Aztecs still don't have their full team out of the locker room at the 45:00 mark prior to kickoff. The Aztecs are wearing the white jerseys with black pants and black and red trim. Looks like only special teams members, quarterbacks and receivers are out for SDSU so far.

The seating areas are slowly starting to fill at the 45-minute mark, and there are people sitting in the Superdome terrace the highest seating level. That confirms that at least some of that area was opened for ticket sales, insuring that there will be over 40,000 on hand for the game.
