Lives of the Saints stacks seven one-act plays in a pile of comedic commentary on society and love. There is a Masterpiece Theatre takeoff set at an English vicarage, a couple who meet at a souvenir shop, a literal soap opera and more. Ives is a Chicago-born, New York-based playwright who has been seeing his work on the stage since the early 1970's. Consequently his many plays have been performed around the world. The themes are for adults so call the theater at 873-1548 with any questions about its content for your little ones. You can also email question about anying AUI-related to [email protected].
