Friedersdorff

Coccolare Spa's Elizabeth Friedersdorff** completed a certification course in specialized comprehensive pediatric massage training from Liddle Kidz Foundation's North American in Shreveport. A native of Augusta, Mich., and 2011 graduate of Blue Cliff College, Friedersdorff worked with Liddle Kidz founder and pediatric massage master teacher Tina Allen to learn and practice massage therapy for children with special health care needs who are hospitalized or have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. She studied massage techniques through hands-on sessions with children with varied physical, developmental and mental challenges, and is now a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist. She is also certified in sea mud and paraffin treatment, hot stone massage, and treating migraines and headaches. Friedersdorff has education and experience in reflexology, pregnancy massage, sports massage, body wraps, body scrubs and shiatsu massage.

Senior Helpers has been recognized with Home Care Pulse's "Best of Home Care" distinction. Awarded to the top 50 percent of agencies in client and employee satisfaction scores from Home Care Pulse, Senior Helpers is now ranked among a select few of the best agencies in the country. Home Care Pulse, which measures client and employee satisfaction, created the award to identify those agencies in the private duty home care space that demonstrate a passion for client and employee satisfaction. The selection process includes the evaluation of client and employee satisfaction in areas such as agency training, communication, overall quality of care, caregiver performance, caregiver morale, response to problems and recommendation of services.

Hockaday

Christina Hockaday** has been named administrator/chief operating officer for Heart Hospital of Lafayette and VP of cardiovascular services at Our Lady of Lourdes. Hockaday is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is an accomplished leader and administrator with more than 20 years of health care experience. She previously served as the CEO for St. Vincent Morrilton in Arkansas, a member campus of St. Vincent Health System. SVHS is a member system of Catholic Health Initiatives, the nation's second largest faith based system. She was honored with the American College of Healthcare Executives' "Early Career Healthcare Arkansas Executive" award for outstanding hospital and community leadership in 2005 and served on the regional policy board of the American Hospital Association, Region 7, from 2007-2011. Hockaday graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and holds a master's degree in health services administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
