During EatLafayette, the campaign designed to drive foodies to locally owned establishments, diners can receive a dollar off the Ragin' Cajun roll when an additional entree is purchased.

This dish, which concludes our EatLafayette Downtown faves, features panko-fried alligator and avocado hand-rolled in white rice and topped with masago and Tsunami sauce.

Stop in today and pull up a chair to the sushi bar for more than a meal - get to know the talented sushi chefs creating culinary delights that have been serving sushi at 412 Jefferson St. for more than 13 years.

Next up in our EatLafayette Dish of the Day series are plate lunches. The campaign ends Sept. 2.
