Lafayette Comedy is hosting two prominent comedians this weekend at JP’s Hookah & Martini Lounge, Dan St. Germain and Caleb Synan.

Dan St. Germain

Dan St. Germain was chosen as a featured comic in Variety’s “10 Comics To Watch” list and was also listed as one of Paste Magazine's Top 10 Great Underrated Comedians. St. Germain has a standup special on Comedy Central and has appeared on Jimmy Fallon, Conan, Best Week Ever, @Midnight, We Love the 2000s, John Oliver’s New York Stand-Up Show, The Electric Company, Guy Code and Friends of the People. Dan St. Germain will perform on Friday, Nov. 20. Doors at 8:30 p.m. with the show starting at 9 p.m. Tickets are on sale here for $10 and are also available at the door.

Caleb Synan

Caleb Synan’s act is a deceptively smart blend of Southern charm and razor sharp wit. His instant likability and absurd view of the world has led him to appearances on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Montreal’s Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, and The Bob and Tom Radio Show. Synan was most recently one of New Faces Comedians at the Just For Laughs Festival in 2015. Caleb Synan performs on Sunday, Nov. 22 with doors opening at 7:30 p.m. with the show starting at 9 p.m. Tickets are on sale for $5 at the door the night of the show.

Both comedians will perform at JP’s Hookah & Martini Lounge, located at 4416 Johnston St., in Lafayette. For more information on upcoming Lafayette Comedy shows at JP’s and more, visit
