David Duke, the former KKK Grand Wizard and Louisiana representative, was expelled from the Czech Republic by government officials over the weekend. Duke had been scheduled to give a lecture at a Czech university about the recent translation of his book, My Awakening. But last week, officials with Charles University in Prague banned his lecture, concerned that neo-Nazis would be in attendance. Police detained Duke on Friday on suspicion of denying the Holocaust, which is a crime in the Czech Republic and punishable by up to three years in prison. After being released, Duke was ordered out of the country by police.
