Everything on Randol's menu is delish, but if you really want to knock dad's socks off take him there for the ginger and cane glazed shrimp. Panko-crusted jumbo shrimp, tossed in a ginger cane glaze, set over sautéed sesame cabbage and finished with toasted almond slivers and fresh cilantro-he'll be trying not to lick the plate.
