The luxury jewelry store's iconic blue-green boxes will debut in Louisiana this fall.
The Times-Picayune reported Monday that high-end jewelry store Tiffany & Co. plans to open its first New Orleans store inside the Shops at Canal Place this fall. It will be the New York-based jewelry's entry into Louisiana.
Though Tiffany & Co. would not confirm the move, the newspaper cited a job advertisement seeking a store director in New Orleans.
"This new elegant store located at The Shops at Canal Place is anticipated to open in the fall of 2013," the advertisement reads.
