Beam: It ain't over till it's over

With the revelation this week that the Governor wrote (yet another) op-ed in support of privatization, and this time forgot to mention his brother's stake in the issue, Jindal's "got himself an honest-to-goodness, sleazy, corrupt, conflict-of-interest, family scandal on his hands," Parmentel writes on the Daily Kingfish blog.

NOLA a star in new Foo Fighters doc
JUN 4 The Foo Fighters' new HBO series, Sonic Highways, begins this fall with an album to follow. The band has released a trailer in advance of the program, and it's clear that New Orleans is featured in the show, the NOLA Defender blog tells us in this post.
