Brad Tate
Brad Tate has joined Prejean Romero McGee as a tax manager.
Prior to joining PRM, Tate served as tax manager in a large CPA firm and as tax counsel for a Fortune 500 company. He has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University, a juris doctorate from LSU and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Tate has experience in tax planning and compliance for individuals, companies, estates, and trusts. His corporate tax experience encompasses domestic and international tax issues, including compliance for foreign operations and planning for entrance in foreign jurisdictions by companies. Additionally, he has experience with tax incentive legislation and helping clients structure their ventures, utilizing appropriate legal entities.
A member of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Council, he has also served as chair of the American Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Taxation Committee.
