When Guy Pellitteri was offered the opportunity to move to Lafayette and help launch Pamplona Tapas Bar, he jumped at it. Now the owners of Catahoula’s Steakhouse - John Slaughter Jr. and Brach Myers - have lured Pellitteri to manage the Pinhook Road eatery.
