Thank you for your story on the Military Relief Fund ("They Deserve Better," March 28). I am president of the Blue Star Mothers of Louisiana. I, along with our members, have been trying to get the governor to get this board seated. It's a shame our soldiers are suffering and can't get help when money is available to them, but the government can't get their act together.
