Last Saturday's Artwalk had a record attendance, and if you weren't able to make it downtown and need an eye full of art, stop by City Club in River Ranch Tuesday, April 13, from 5:30-7:30pm. Curator Jeffery McCullough at Gallery at City Club stated as of this month the gallery is not just southwest Louisiana artists; it will now feature artists from the entire South.
The opening reception will have food and drinks by the chefs of City Club. Art, food and drinks in one location - sounds good to me! For the April, May and June show, the gallery will feature art by: Jill Tauzin Broussard, Anne Mcleod, Frankie DeMelo, Mallory Page Chastant, Kathy Dumesnil, Joy Gardner, Caroline Chunn McCarthy, Julie Breaux and Hope Hebert. It'll be an incredible show, so be sure to stop by!
