Division M district judge candidate Susan Theall leads among three candidates heading into the Oct. 22 election, but the largest block of likely voters in the poll remain undecided.
The poll, commissioned by Theall, was conducted via telephone Thursday night by FLS Connect among 350 likely voters with a margin of error of +/-5 percent. Theall garnered 27 percent of the vote, Kay Gautreaux came in at 20 percent and Marshall Montgomery received 15 percent. A substantial number, however - 38 percent - remains undecided.
