2008 Big Hair Do Video
If you haven’t been to a ‘do before, don’t miss this one! The Independent Weekly’s fourth annual Big Hair ‘Do Ball and Benefit is moving this year to a Friday night at Acadiana Center for the Arts, downtown Lafayette’s most exciting new theater. Come with your own fantasy hair style or get your hair styled that night at one of the salon kiosks. You could win the award for Tallest Hair, Wildest Style, Best Group or Best Do’ Award.
VIP tickets are $75 and include a sneak preview party and reserved seating. General admission tickets are $45 and include nibbles from some of Lafayette’s great restaurants. Both cover a night of post-‘Do dancing on the stage at the AcA. As always, a portion of the proceeds benefits The Performing Arts Society of Acadiana (or PASA). TICKETS ARE LIMITED SO RESERVE NOW! Black tie optional – Hair Do’ a must!
