Robert Patrick "Pat" Breaux has joined Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club as executive chef.

Robert Patrick "Pat" Breaux has joined Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club as executive chef. Breaux is a member of the American Culinary Federation who has earned nearly 30 medals in the Acadiana Culinary Classic, including Best of Show. He was previously recognized as "Chef of the Year" by the Acadiana Culinary Federation and has been featured in several national and regional culinary arts publications. Breaux is known for producing creative menus, with special attention to healthy dishes that use local seasonal ingredients. He is also certified in wine and food pairing and plate presentation.

The husband and wife team of Jonathan R. Davis and Elisa Devall Davis have formed Turnkey Title and Escrow in order to focus their individual law practices on residential and commercial real estate transactions. Elisa is a graduate of the Academy of the Sacred Heart, Rhodes College and LSU Law School. She previously was general counsel to one of the largest global manufacturers of protective buildings for the oil and gas and petrochemical industry. Jonathan is a graduate of Tulane University and LSU Law School and has practiced real estate law in Acadiana since 2008. A judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, he returned to Acadiana in 2012 after a period of active service. Turnkey Title and Escrow is located at 91 Settlers Trace Blvd., Building 1.

Lena Bethell has joined Right Angle as brand manager. Bethell will serve as the agency's development strategist for new and advancing brands. A native of Houston, Bethell studied European business environment and international conflicts/conflict resolution in Salzburg, Austria, and marketing and finance in Western Europe. She holds an MBA and a MS in psychology from UL Lafayette, a
BS in international business from the University of Arkansas' Sam M. Walton School of Business, and a BA in international relations from William Fulbright College of Arts and Science.

The Lafayette City-Parish Council appointed Tim Skinner to the Lafayette Airport Commission, which oversees the Lafayette Regional Airport. Skinner has been involved in local business for more than 25 years and has accounting, finance, tax, risk management and real estate experience. He is the owner of several business ventures, including DenMar Staffing, First Louisiana Commerce, Louisiana Laundry Group, Tilmun Property and Ruby Rentals. He is also a commercial real estate agent with Keaty Real Estate. Skinner has an extensive aviation background as a commercial pilot and flight instructor since 1986 and served 10 years as a volunteer emergency services mission and flight instructor with the Civil Air Patrol.

Charlene O'Rourke joined Innovative Intelligent Design as office manager. O'Rourke graduated from UL Lafayette in interior design and in 1995 became a certified member of NCIDQ. Her experience is a combination of kitchen and bath design, residential and commercial design, office management, property management, and sales and marketing. In addition to managing the office, she is bringing in new business and assisting in interior design. Also, Emily Svendson has joined the firm as interior design intern. She is a May 2012 interior design graduate of UL Lafayette, where she was involved with the American Society of Interior Designers, serving as president of ASID her senior year. Previously employed by Jeffery McCullough Art and Design Consulting, she assisted on the Acadiana Symphony's show homes, The Big Easel, The Gallery at City Club, and The Lounge Gallery. She is assisting project managers to earn her intern hours toward the licensing exam.

Melody Weiss has joined Firefly Digital as an account executive. Weiss is a Lafayette native with more than a decade of experience in customer service and sales. Angie Simoneaux, who has a background in journalism, recruitment and marketing, has been named project manager at Firefly. Simoneaux worked for The Advocate's Acadiana Bureau for more than a decade and is a graduate student at UL Lafayette.

Rachel Bonnette has been named marketing assistant at Foster Marketing. A former intern at the agency, Bonnette coordinates digital media advertising, online tracking analytics, media buying and scheduling. She graduated from UL Lafayette in December 2012 with a BA in marketing and a minor in public relations. She was on the President's List from 2009-2011 and the Dean's List from 2011-2012. Bonnette was president of UL Lafayette's College of Business for the 2011-2012 term and was nominated for homecoming court in 2010 and 2011.
