Industry veteran named GM and CEO of Cypress Bayou's casino and hotel operations.
Anthony Patrone was introduced as Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel's new general manager and CEO at Tuesday afternoon's 20th anniversary celebration of the Charenton casino.

Patrone, a longtime executive in Indian gaming, has 25 years of experience in the casino industry. In his new position, he is leading a team of more than 1,100 employees.
Patrone previously was senior VP at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut and also held senior executive positions at Seminole Gaming in Florida. He earned a bachelor's degree at NYU and is relocating to Acadiana with his family.
