1895's Snapper with fried oysters

Today we are featuring the snapper that is topped with saffron and fried oysters - after one bite, it will all melt in your mouth. A finishing touch of a white wine lemon butter sauce and crisp, fresh asparagus will have you licking your lips to savor it all down to the last bite.

Double your pleasure with the soft shell crab that comes served with a crab cake

If snapper doesn't suit your tastes, try the soft shell crab. Delight in the lightly battered soft shell crab and the crab cake served on the side. - a brown butter hollandaise sauce brings a nutty flavor perfect for dipping the crab duo.
