Nordstrom's off-price version of their beloved department store is slated to open Thursday in Ambassador Town Center. Nordstrom Rack, where shoppers can find goods 30 to 70 percent cheaper than the department store, hosted a VIP shopping event and soft opening on Tuesday night.
Come Thursday the store filled with all manner of clothing for the family from children to trending pieces and men and women's attire to accessories, home goods and a hefty shoe section will be open in full. The VIP event included invites for existing shoppers (both online and in other Nordstrom stores) along with a bevy of eats and champagne and other adult libations from Ruffino's as well as a drawing for several locals who walked out with a styling session with a celeb stylist from The Voice.
Thursday's opening will include music, coffee and breakfast eats with a giveaway of 30 $100 gift cards as well as one $1,000 shopping spree.
