Jefferson Street Pub is evidently doing well. The bar/nightclub/restaurant known for its gastro-pub menu — featuring, arguably, the best hamburger in Lafayette in its JSP Burger — and dozens of beers on tap, is hosting a party Sunday to celebrate a menu that is expanding to late night and Sundays.
The event begins at 11 a.m. this Sunday (Dec. 4) and runs until midnight and will feature complementary brunch hors d’oeuvres and mimosas. The Saints game will be on TV beginning at noon.
Beginning next week, JSP will serve dinner until 11 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays.
Kudos to JSP owner Gus Rezende, who has been an asset to the area as president of the Downtown Lafayette Restaurant & Bar Association, and his staff on the expansion.
