Summers Drive, is the city's second pre-owned center.
The company has two such locations in both Morgan City and in Lafayette, and one each in St. Martinville, Franklin, Breaux Bridge and New Iberia.
"These Courtesy Value Preowned Centers were established to offer consistent rewards programs across the entire Courtesy Automotive Group, like 24-hour emergency towing and roadside assistance, free carwash with oil changes and reward points that can go toward parts and accessories, just to name a few," Michelle Hargroder Simon, general manager at Courtesy Vermilion in Abbeville, said in announcing the new location. On June 4 at 1 p.m., the company will conduct a ribbon-cutting at the W. Summers Drive location.

For six years running, Courtesy has been the No. 1 GM dealer group in Louisiana. Last year the company ranked No. 10 on ABiz's list of the Top 50 Privately Held Companies in Acadiana with $223 million in 2010 revenues.
