Boneheads heading our way?

The Advocate reports that the fast-casual concept based in Atlanta has set its sights on Louisiana. According to The Advocate, the upstart chain Boneheads is looking to open two locations in the Baton Rouge area, the first by the end of next year. An area manager told the newspaper that plans also call for one restaurant each in Lafayette, the New Orleans area, Shreveport and Monroe.

Boneheads, founded in Atlanta in 2006, is a fast-casual chain that offers grilled fish and chicken and has 35 menu items of less than 350 calories and 10 grams of fat.
