Knight announces new global leadership focus

Local company says realigned leadership team will focus on global growth strategies.

Mark Knight, president and chief executive officer of Knight Oil Tools, announced Tuesday that the company has implemented a new leadership team to focus on global growth strategies.

As part of the realignment, Pat McLaughlin, executive vice president, was appointed global chief operating officer for Knight Oil Tools. Doug Keller, senior vice president, was promoted to executive vice president of Strategic Global Business Development.

Bobby Veazey, chief financial officer, Dean Cole, general counsel, and Clark Carnes, president of Knight Oil Tools International, will continue in their current roles with a global focus.

"The substantial growth of our business, both domestically and internationally, requires that our executive leadership focus on global strategies that will ensure our continued worldwide success," Knight said in a press release.

Over the past 40 years, Knight Oil Tools has grown to be the largest privately held rental and fishing tools business in the oil and gas industry. It operates from more than 50 locations across 11 oil-producing states and internationally, serving all phases of a well's life cycle from exploration to abandonment. Read more about the company here.
