Bobby Veazey, chief financial officer, Dean Cole, general counsel, and Clark Carnes, president of Knight Oil Tools International, will continue in their current roles with a global focus.
"The substantial growth of our business, both domestically and internationally, requires that our executive leadership focus on global strategies that will ensure our continued worldwide success," Knight said in a press release.
