Kaliste Saloom bottler is moving from Kaliste Saloom Road to Young Street in Youngsville.
In a letter to its "partners in business" dated March 13, Acadiana Bottling confirms it is in the process of leaving its longtime Kaliste Saloom Road headquarters and heading to 918 Young St. in Youngsville.
General Manager Marcel Bulliard, who penned the letter, says the move will should be complete by April 15. The local company bottles and distributes a number of beverages, including Pepsi, Dr. Pepper and Aquafina products.
"After many fruitful years of operation on Kaliste Saloom Road, we are moving to a new location," Bulliard writes. "It is always a bittersweet feeling to leave behind accumulated memories associated with 'home.' In spite of the physical limitations, we have been blessed throughout our stay. Our new location will afford us the opportunity to expand our beverage business to better serve our customers."
Bulliard did not return a phone call seeking comment on the move.
