A joint meeting between the City-Parish Council and the Lafayette Parish School Board set for Tuesday evening has been postponed. No new date has been set. The meeting was cancelled because a majority of CPC members are unable to attend.
The meeting was scheduled to allow councilmen and board members an opportunity to discuss tax propositions and other issues involving cooperation between the two entities.
