Maximum length and maximum color in solids are the perfect backdrop for summer's bold accesorries
There are few things this IND Styler loves more than the perfect backdrop for a bold piece of statement jewelry. The solid bright hues of summer have arrived and provide just that framework to show off standout jewelry and patterned shoes.
While the powers that be in the fashion universe continue to tout the benefits of mixing prints, most of us just aren't that brave. And so, when I find patterned shoes I look quickly for a simple solid with which to pair it.
I'd love to see this blue jumper from Coco Eros paired with tribal-printed sandals or the red dress from Vanessa V. with something of the reptile variety. Over at Brother's a funky color block shoe in neon would be the perfect match for vivid pink.
Try loads of gold necklaces with the red dress and a big cuff. A statement earring in cobalt blue would finish off that hot pink. And the season's mint and aqua bubble necklaces would be the perfect nod to ocean colors with the jumpsuit.
