Developing Acadiana

by Leslie Turk

ABiz's annual commercial real estate roundtable discussion comes to life.

For the first time this year, ABiz's outlook for the commercial real estate market is being presented in video format, thanks to sponsor Tuten Title & Escrow, a full-service real estate closing company on Settlers Trace Boulevard.

In early June ABiz Editorial Director Leslie Turk sat down with five local real estate agents and brokers in the Realtor Association of Acadiana's Esther M. Guidry Education Room. Joining ABiz for the discussion were David Gleason of Van Eaton & Romero, an NAI/Latter & Blum Company; Jeff Landry of MPW Properties; Flo Meadows of Coldwell Banker Pelican Real Estate; Ryan Pécot of Stirling Properties; and Monty Warren of Beau Box. Video production by Jasin Muffoletto of Your Event Video.

The panelists were largely optimistic about the state of the market and its various sectors and discussed in detail what they envision down the road. We've also included a table of contents to help readers find topics of particular interest. Excerpts from the discussion were published in the current issue of ABiz as part of the cover story, "Optimism Reigns." Click the image above to access the video.
