Knight Oil Tools promotes Warmke, Foster

Rod Warmke moves up to executive vice president at Knight Oil Tools International and Mike Foster is elevated to vice president of operations. Rod Warmke was promoted to executive vice president at Knight Oil Tools International, and Mike Foster was named vice president of operations.

In his new position, Warmke's primary responsibility is the execution of Knight Oil Tools International's operations, sales and administrative plans to reach the company's targeted goals and expanding global markets. Warmke has been with Knight Oil Tools since 1983 and has held positions as dispatcher, store manager, corporate sales and regional sales manager. His most recent position was director of Operations, Mid-Continent Region, for Knight Oil Tools' Rental Tool Services business unit.

Foster's primary responsibility are ensuring the establishment and implementation of Knight Oil Tools International's policies and procedures worldwide. He also identifies equipment and personnel needs for the regions and directs all product lines in the start up, growth and compliance of all international locations. Foster has been with Knight Oil Tools since 2007. His most recent position was regional vice president, South America. His prior positions include regional manager, Mid-Continent Region, for the company's Fishing Services business unit.

Over the past 40 years, Knight Oil Tools has grown to be the largest privately held rental and fishing tools business in the oil and gas industry.
