Long vacant Johnston Street building set to house multiple tenants, including the Vitamin Shoppe and a second location of Mattress Firm, and Legends is opening its sixth Lafayette bar and restaurant.

The long vacant Just For Feet building at 5702 Johnston St., catercorner from the Acadiana Mall, is undergoing renovations and will be subdivided for multiple retail tenants.
The Vitamin Shoppe and Mattress Firm are two confirmed tenants - this will be the first location in Lafayette for The Vitamin Shoppe and second for Mattress Firm.

In other news Around Town, Legends will open its newest location at 2921 Verot School Road in mid-August.
The building will take over the space vacated by Oasis Sports Bar and Grill.
Modifications are under way; the bar atmosphere will be similar to the Johnston Street location, with bar fare dining options.
