New Orleans' FOX 8 Live says there are new signs that the bribery and conspiracy trial of former mayor Ray Nagin will go on as planned next week. The station reports that subpoenas are going out to potential witnesses to testify, including its own Lee Zurik, who first uncovered irregularities in the former mayor's calendar four years ago.
Nagin's trial is set for Oct. 28.
