Elements-a division of The Lab will operate inside Everything Else is Cake on Bertrand Drive. Elements will serve coffee, tea and juice to compliment Everything Else is Cake serves pastries.

The Lab Handcrafted Coffees and Comforts in River Ranch will open a second location inside Everything Else is Cake at 200 Bertrand Drive called Elements - a division of The Lab. The Lab opened in 2012 as a coffee café that also serves inventive flavors of cold sweet creams, a cross between gelato and ice cream, and handcrafted baked goods in a warm and inviting environment.
