The liberal group MoveOn.org is taking its battle against Gov. Bobby Jindal over the latter's refusal to expand Medicaid in Louisiana from a prominent billboard to the Internet. The group, which is in a pitched battle with the state over a billboard on I-10 in Baton Rouge, has created a website, JindalCare.com, that echoes the billboard's message: Jindal is denying health care to up to 242,000 Louisiana residents who currently don't quality for the federal health-insurance program but would if Jindal accepted federal funding for the expansion under a provision of the Affordable Care Act. The website includes a video featuring a fake pitchman.

Lt. Gov. Jay Dardenne's office filed a federal lawsuit against MoveOn recently, accusing the group of illegally using an official state tourism slogan, "Pick your passion," on the billboard in Baton Rouge.
