NEW ORLEANS (AP) - As the deadline for signing up for insurance under the Affordable Care Act approaches, community organizations and clinics in Louisiana said the number of people looking for help in the process has increased in recent weeks.

A dozen counselors are on staff to help sign up people in time to meet Monday's deadline at the St. Thomas Community Health Center.
