Son of Malcolm and Vanessa Scott

Top honors at school:
Maintained at 3.8-4.0 GPA, named Acadiana Middle 8th grade Student of the Year, four year veteran saxophone player with the Cougar Band, awarded superior ratings at Solo Festival 2012-13 at ULL and member of The Nation Junior Beta Club for three years

Favorite subjects:
Math and science

Top community honors:
Learned to perform bystander CPR at the annual I'm a Heart Starter, 61st annual Turkey Bowl champion with Brown Park Athletics and played saxophone for Amelia Manor nursing home residents

Hobbies and interests:
Football, basketball, jigsaw puzzles, reading and drawing

What do you want to be when you grow up?
I would like to be a physical therapist. I plan to attend Florida State University to pursue a degree in kinesiology.

An accomplishment I'm most proud of:
Being named Acadiana Middle 2013-14 Student of the Year.
