The fate of The Keg and three other local bars hangs in the balance as Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control Commissioner Troy Hebert holds administrative hearings at Louisiana State Police Troop I headquarters in Lafayette today.

The McKinley Street Keg faces the permanent loss of its liquor license for selling alcohol to minors.

The following businesses are scheduled to appear before Commissioner Hebert beginning at 9 a.m.:

1. The Keg on McKinley St., Catahoula Restaurant Corporation, 115 McKinley St.,
5th offense alcohol sold to minor (5 cts.)
Minors on premise (5 cts.)

2. Tuffy's Quick Stop, AJK Investments LLC, 1737 N. University Ave.
5th offense alcohol sold to minor

3. Arcadian Bar and Grill, Arcadian Bar and Grill LLC, 302 Jefferson St.
3rd offense alcohol sold to minor

4. Jerseys, Jerseys LLC, 811 Albertsons Pkwy. #P, Broussard
3rd offense alcohol sold to minor

5. Club Riches, Riches Club LLC, 2415 S. MacArthur Drive, Alexandria
3rd offense alcohol sold to minor
2nd offense minors on premise
