LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) - GE Oil & Gas is hosting a job fair Wednesday in Lafayette.
The company is looking to fill 65 positions in logging and drilling services, including lead field and field tech engineers; memory tool technicians; completion engineers and junior completion engineers; electric line operators, wireline and slickline helpers, operators, supervisors and salespeople; and pipe recovery specialists.
Other positions include assembly/disassembly mechanics, clad welders, customer fulfillment coordinators, drilling inspectors, machinists, materials planners, project managers and product quality technicians.
The event is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel.
