Lafayette native shows off her new line
Meagan Fontane Wauters is back in Lafayette and ready to show off her unique line of women's casual ready to wear clothing. Lyla's Clothing, which opened in February is an online clothing boutique created after the Acadiana High an UL grad spent time working in Dallas in retail.
Her aim - to offer clothing online for women from mothers to their daughters. She named the boutique after two very important women in her own life - her grandmothers.
Lyla is a combination of her grandmothers names, Lydia Fontane and Laura Breaux. These ladies were the "glue" of the family, says Meagan, and ensured that everyone put family first and always remained a positive influence in Meagan's life.
