Agave's Ceviche Del Mar

One of IND Eats' favorites from Agave is the Ceviche Del Mar. This appetizer is a shrimp and scallop ceviche, piled with jumbo lump crab meat, diced avocado and a lemon and lime wedge - all in a tangy southwestern citrus sauce.

Crab cakes with mango and roasted raspberry chipotle sauce

The Agave crab cakes are another great choice - the luscious cakes are coated in a southwest pecan breading then laced with a mango and roasted raspberry chipotle sauce. It's certain these crab cakes definitely will not disappoint any diner looking for something different yet delicious.
