Gobble it up with a side of Smith fries

If you want a real, juicy handcrafted burger, you have to go to Burgersmith. These burgers are founded upon a signature blend of beef transformed into sizzling works of old-fashioned goodness. But, it's more than beef at Burgersmith - today's dish of the day pick goes light with the turkey burger and Smith fries .

The turkey burger starts with all white turkey meat, ground and grilled, then topped with lettuce, grilled onions, Swiss cheese and a housemade Cajun honey mustard on a wheat bun. While this burger alone will have your mouth watering, the Smith fries make this dish even better - freshly hand-cut each day and seasoned with a signature Smith seasoning for a spicy Louisiana flavor.

The Cajun bratwurst at Burgersmith

For something other than a burger, try the Cajun bratwurst - grilled chicken breast sits with spicy alligator sausage and grilled onions in a bun topped with creole mustard and Burgersmith's own housemade Smith sauce. Try the fried okra, too: A Southern staple fried to a golden brown and lightly salted, served with Cajun ranch.
