SEP 10 Blogger CB Forgotston isn't impressed with the legal opinion provided to the board that oversees State Police retirement. That opinion, he says, advises the board to ignore any laws they feel are unconstitutional. So, CB says he plans to use that defense if (when?) he gets stopped by a State Trooper -- he'll say he believes the speed law is unconstitutional and so he ignored it.

REID NOT A FAN OF BILL CASSIDY
SEP 10 Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is probably not a big fan of any Republicans, but he had some choice words for Bill Cassidy, this post on the Wall Street Journal's political blog tells us. Cassidy said Reid runs the Senate "like a plantation," and Reid wanted to know if Cassidy had been taking advice from Donald Sterling. Meow!

Edwards. Instead of appreciating pragmatic realism, Mann says this is the beginning of the end.
