Runway to real life

Three must have trends from summer to fall

There were dozens of looks we're coveting from INDStyle Awards last week. (Stay tuned as break them down.) And as that first brush of fall arrived this week we've pulled out three that take your fav summer trends into fall.

THE ROMPER - The summertime standby goes cold weather with a flat boot and a boho jacket. This look from Brother's on the Blvd. can easily be a day to night ensemble with a blazer for the office and statement jewelry and sexy heels at night.

SHEER CUT OUTS - Bits of lace and sheer cut outs were hot for summertime and there's no slowing their popularity. This red dress from Park Lane is the Lady in Red done right. Tip: keep the sheer cut outs to the smallest, most flattering portion of the bodice for a killer look like this one.

KIMONO - The slouchy sweater is what we're calling the fall version of the kimono. It's a cardi gone boho. It has that flowy kind of vibe of a kimono with some substantial weight for the cool temps.
