Early this month BP asked Barbier to remove Juneau as administrator of damage claims, accusing Juneau of a conflict of interest by having represented Louisiana in talks establishing the settlement process and pushing for favorable outcomes on those Louisiana claims.
Berry claims the photo was taken Wednesday at Annunciation in the Warehouse District and opines, "I wonder who footed the bill on this one, I seriously doubt they went dutch. Better yet, I wonder if it was expensed to the Claims Office. Must be nice to be so cozy with the judge who's responsible for deciding your fate."
