Hit the barre for a good cause
It's a win all the way around Saturday at Xtend Barre. The River Ranch studio is host to their annual Plie for Pink to benefit Young Survival Coalition with participants helping fund the fight against cancer while getting in a killer workout.
Proceeds at the event go toward helping the global organization dedicated to young women with breast cancer. YSC works with survivors, caregivers and the medical, research, advocacy and legislative communities to increase the quality and quantity of life for women diagnosed with breast cancer ages 40 and under.
The event is Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and includes a 75-minute BARRECAMP Donation Class. All proceeds ($25 per participant) will benefit YSC as well as the proceeds from the purchase of Xtend Barre's limited edition PINK grippy socks.
