It’s springtime in Louisiana, which means music festivals galore. Festival International , the French Quarter Festival and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival have all released their lineups, and now it’s The Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival’s turn. The annual Breaux Bridge bash falls on the same dates as second weekend of Jazz Fest this year, so locals have the option of sticking close to home or doing a New Orleans/Breaux Bridge combo.
