In it, one guy talks about how popular Bobby Jindal is here in Louisiana (say what?) and then quotes another guy who talks about how fine a governor he is. Maybe they're looking for a guy who can't tell the difference between a surplus and a deficit?

TOPS SCHOLARSHIPS GOING MOSTLY TO RICH WHITE PEOPLE
DEC 11 Well, nah. This is an interesting finding, reported in the Advocate. The TOPS scholarships, which fund college educations for Louisiana kids, are mostly going to white people, and on average to wealthier people, the paper reports.
