Lafayette CPA and State Rep. Joel Robideaux announced Thursday that his campaign for Lafayette city-parish president raised $209,000 during 2014. The Robideaux campaign will report $333,000 cash on hand at the start of 2015.
The campaign says it took in 265 contributions, 81 percent generated locally.
The election is Oct. 24. Only one other candidate, Dee Stanley, Lafayette’s chief administrator officer, has announced his intentions to seek the office.
