The Screen Actors Guild awards bring out a diverse group of the best in entertainment. Their style was no less diverse — and fantastic — this year.

Camila Alves did Old Hollywood with a modern take on the red carpet gown in regal purple. Mrs. McConaughey wore a beautifully draped Donna Karan dress with a killer side sweep of fabric. Minimal jewelry and soft hair is the way to go when doing bold color.

Last year's breakout star — on and off the red carpet — wowed us thoroughly when she pulled off the tough to nail print and voluminous skirt. Lupita Nyong's Elia Saab was the perfect blend of daring but wearable, youthful but mature enough.

Reese Witherspoon has long been America's sweetheart and if her last two looks are any indication she headed to the top of the high style charts as well. Chic white and a perfect fit in this Armani gown prove she has what it takes to be more than just a pretty face.
