ZURIK: $11 BILLION IN INCENTIVES HAVEN'T DELIVERED
FEB 9 WVUE investigative reporter Lee Zurik has trained his sites on Louisiana's massive tax incentives in this post. There's some pretty foul-sounding stuff here - not the least of which is that Louisiana taxpayers have paid $11 billion to private companies, and apparently have very little to show for it.

FEB 9 here's a little post from the PIcayune that gives us an update on LSU's shredding of all documentsinvestigation into Bill Cassidy's part-time job at the school. You know, the one where he was lecturing at LSU in Louisiana when he was dozing casting votes on the House floor in DC.

FEB 9 Blogger Stephen Sabludowsky dissects Bobby Jindal's response to the New York Times and Politico, both of which posted stories last week about the complete failure of Jindal's fiscal management. HOW CAN IT ALWAYS BE SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT?
FEB 9 This post on the Advocate's politics blog takes a look at Bobby Jindal's terrible, horrible, no good very bad day in the national media. As usual, his staff is finding fault in everything everyone else has done (The New York Times can't do a budget story properly. OK.) and not taking responsibility for anything.

DREHER ON JINDAL'S DESTRUCTION OF LOUISIANA
FEB 9 Blogger Rod Dreher is writing about Bobby Jindal in this post. As usual, he's weaving his commentary around excerpts from other pieces, and the result is a fairly appalling laundry list of Jindal's egregious financial mismanagement. He even looks back on his own hopefulness following Jindal's election.
Monday's Blogs from the Bog!
Lee Zurik's latest investigation finds $11 billion in Louisiana tax incentives haven't paid off. Great! Also today, Bobby Jindal's getting a beating in the national media - and he don't like it one bit.
