Lafayette will soon be getting a new create-your-own pizza joint.
Called Pizza Artista, the locally-owned concept — which is more similar to Chipotle and Subway than it is to Domino’s or Pizza Hut — is set to open March 16 in the Time Plaza Shopping Center on Johnston Street.

For less than $8.00, our guests will be able to enjoy a variety of toppings on their pizza. All pizzas are 10.5 inch — one size starting at one low price! You will be able to choose from the freshest ingredients from either traditional, deluxe, or specialty toppings including gluten-free options. Whatever you decide, the choice is yours!
For a little extra, we offer deluxe, premium, and seasonal toppings such as andouille, tasso, Cajun sausage, shrimp, crawfish, crab, and more! There are literally thousands of combinations! By creating your own pizza or salad, you decide what will satisfy your mood and palate. With our low price, affordability is at your fingertips and our fast, friendly service is sure to keep you coming back for more. All our pizzas are fast fired over an open flame to crisp perfection in about three minutes.
